Terms of Sale — nullbot Home
Last updated: September 26, 2026 · Version 1.0
These general terms of sale (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the relationship between MARA LABS, a French simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée) with share capital of €100, whose registered office is at 41 rue Jacquemars Giélée, 59800 Lille (France), registered with the Lille Métropole Trade and Companies Register under number 104 321 104 (hereinafter “MARA LABS”), and any natural person acting for purposes outside their professional activity (hereinafter the “Customer”) who subscribes to nullbot Home.
Professional use falls under nullbot Business and its general terms of sale. These Terms are read together with the general terms of use and the privacy policy.
1. The service
nullbot Home (hereinafter the “Service”) is software installed on the Customer's computer, together with a mobile app, that provides artificial intelligence agents to organize household life: calendar, meals, paperwork, budget, and experts for one-off missions.
The agents organize, prepare and draft. Their output relies on artificial intelligence models whose results may be inaccurate: the Customer reviews it before acting on it. No payment, signature or message sent on behalf of a household member happens without the approval of an adult in the household. The Service provides no medical, legal or investment advice and does not replace a professional.
2. Subscription
Subscriptions are taken from the nullbot Home app, on a computer or a phone, after creating an account. The Customer chooses a plan and a billing period; the total price is shown before payment, which is processed by the payment provider Stripe. The contract is formed when the payment is confirmed, and the Customer receives a record of it by email.
3. Plans and prices
Two plans are offered, monthly or yearly:
- Home: €19.90 per month, or €190.80 per year;
- Home Premium: €89 per month, or €850.80 per year. Home Premium also lets the Customer connect their own Claude and ChatGPT accounts to the Service; their use remains governed and billed by their providers.
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. The applicable price is the one shown to the Customer before payment. Any price change is notified to the Customer at least thirty (30) days before the next renewal date; a Customer who refuses it may cancel free of charge before it applies.
4. Artificial intelligence credit
Each plan includes artificial intelligence credit, renewed on the 1st of each month. A month's included credit does not carry over to the next. The Service itself chooses the model suited to each task.
The Customer may buy a credit top-up at any time. Topped-up credit is used after the month's included credit and remains available in the following months, as long as the subscription is active.
Credit can never be exceeded: no usage is billed beyond the amounts paid. When credit runs out, the tasks that depend on it pause until the next monthly renewal or a top-up, which the Service then offers the Customer.
5. Term, renewal and cancellation
The subscription is taken out for one month or one year, depending on the chosen billing period, and renews automatically for the same duration.
The subscription has no commitment: the Customer may cancel it at any time from their billing area, available in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already paid period, until which the Service remains available; no further payment is then taken.
For a yearly subscription, MARA LABS informs the Customer by email, no earlier than three months and no later than one month before its renewal date, of the option not to renew it, in accordance with Article L.215-1 of the French Consumer Code.
6. Right of withdrawal
The Customer has fourteen (14) days from subscription to withdraw, without having to give a reason. The Customer sends an unambiguous statement of this decision to contact@nullbot.ai, or by post to the registered office of MARA LABS.
MARA LABS refunds the amounts paid within fourteen (14) days of receiving this decision, using the payment method used at subscription. Where the Customer expressly asked for the Service to start before the end of the withdrawal period, the Customer remains liable for an amount proportionate to the service provided until the decision was communicated, in accordance with Article L.221-25 of the French Consumer Code.
7. Payment
Amounts are payable in advance, at each renewal date, by bank card, through Stripe. If a payment fails, the Customer is informed and may update their payment method; if the situation is not remedied, access to the Service's features may be suspended, without the Customer's data being deleted.
8. Personal data
The household's files are kept on the Customer's computer. Requests sent to artificial intelligence models are transmitted to the providers of those models for processing. The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
9. Warranties and liability
MARA LABS is bound by the statutory guarantee of conformity for digital content and services provided for in Articles L.224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. A Customer who finds a lack of conformity may request that it be brought into conformity and, failing that, a price reduction or termination of the contract, under the conditions provided by law.
MARA LABS provides the Service with due care. It cannot be held liable for decisions made by the Customer based on the agents’ output, nor for any unavailability attributable to a third-party service or to force majeure. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights the Customer holds under the mandatory provisions of the French Consumer Code.
10. Complaints and mediation
Any complaint may be sent to contact@nullbot.ai. If a dispute is not resolved by a prior written complaint, the Customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge, under the conditions set out in the legal notice.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any more protective provisions of the law of the Customer's country of habitual residence. The Customer may bring proceedings, at their choice, before one of the courts with territorial jurisdiction under the French Code of Civil Procedure, or before the court of the place where they lived when the contract was concluded or when the harmful event occurred (Article R.631-3 of the French Consumer Code).
