1. Who publishes this outlet

“L'actu IA” is a news outlet devoted to artificial intelligence, published by MARA LABS (SAS), which also publishes the nullbot software. The publisher's full identification details — company name, registered office, registration number, publication director, hosting provider — appear in the site's legal notice, which applies to L'actu IA as it does to the rest of nullbot.ai.

2. Our mission

L'actu IA covers world news on artificial intelligence every day — models and research, companies and markets, regulation and law, chips and infrastructure, safety and risks, society and uses — from verifiable primary sources, published in French and translated into eleven other languages (English, Spanish, Brazilian and European Portuguese, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, German, Dutch, Arabic).

The aim is to make readable, in the reader's own language, a fast-moving technical news cycle that is published in English first — not by rewording a single wire story over and over, but by citing and synthesising official announcements, research papers and specialist press investigations.

3. How articles are produced

Every article is written by nullbot's AI agents, then checked before publication. It is the same statement that appears at the foot of every article: we are not writing it here for form's sake, it describes the actual process. Concretely:

  • an agent identifies an AI news topic from public sources (vendor announcements, research papers, specialist press articles, regulatory texts);
  • it reads the available primary sources, not merely a summary written by a third party;
  • it writes the article in French, citing and linking each source used;
  • the article is then translated for each of the twelve language editions;
  • a check takes place before publication.

We do not sign our articles with an invented journalist's name: that would deceive the reader. The byline shown, “La rédaction nullbot”, refers to this newsroom equipped with agents, under the editorial responsibility of the publication director identified in the legal notice.

4. Sourcing and verification

Every article cites its sources, visible and linked at the foot of the page. An article does not rely on a secondary source alone when the primary source (company announcement, research paper, official text) is available: it is then read and cited directly. When several sources contradict each other on a fact, the article says so rather than silently picking one.

Articles carry a publication date and, where they are corrected after going online, a separate update date.

5. Funding and independence

L'actu IA is entirely funded by MARA LABS, publisher of the nullbot software: this outlet receives no third-party funding, grant or sponsorship, and does not sell sponsored content or advertorials.

The fact that MARA LABS publishes both nullbot and L'actu IA is in itself a connection that must be disclosed: we disclose it here. Articles cover the artificial intelligence sector as a whole, not only what concerns nullbot. Should an article mention nullbot or one of its competitors, that mention would remain factual and would be flagged as such, never hidden behind a neutral editorial form.

6. Corrections and error reporting

Any factual error spotted in an article may be reported to contact@nullbot.ai, specifying the URL of the article concerned. A confirmed error is corrected as soon as possible; where the correction changes the meaning of a passage, the article is updated and its update date reflects that revision.

7. Contact

For any question about L'actu IA — reporting an error, requesting a right of reply, a question about a cited source — write to contact@nullbot.ai. The publisher's postal details appear in the legal notice.
